Marketing Communications Consent
Article 1 (Purpose)
FASTRACTIVE ("Company") wishes to send the following marketing communications to provide users with a richer service experience.
Article 2 (Types of Marketing Communications)
① New features and updates for FANESIS ② Events, promotions, and discount information ③ Service usage tips and productivity-enhancing content ④ New service and product launch announcements from the Company ⑤ Partner benefit information (delivered by us without sharing your personal information)
Article 3 (Marketing Communication Channels)
① Email: the email address registered at sign-up ② In-app push notifications: sent based on notification permission settings on the user's device You may configure your preferences for each channel individually.
Article 4 (How to Consent and Withdraw Consent)
[Consent] ① Check the marketing consent checkbox during sign-up ② You may consent at any time via Settings > Notification Settings in the app [Withdrawal of consent (opt-out)] ③ Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email ④ Disable individual channels via Settings > Notification Settings in the app ⑤ Send an opt-out request to support@fanesis.app Opt-out requests are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Article 5 (Personal Information Used for Marketing)
① Information used: email address, service usage patterns (preferred features, usage time, etc.) ② Retention period: until withdrawal of consent or account deletion ③ Method of use: may be used to send personalized communications based on your service usage patterns
Article 6 (Regional Specifics)
[EU/EEA Users (GDPR)] ① This consent is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR ("consent of the data subject"). ② Users may withdraw consent at any time; processing prior to withdrawal remains lawful. ③ Withdrawal of consent does not guarantee deletion from previously received emails; only future mailings will be stopped. [Republic of Korea Users] ④ This consent covers the sending of commercial advertising information under Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. ⑤ Sending advertising information at night (9 PM – 8 AM) is permitted only with separate additional consent. [California Users (CCPA/CPRA)] ⑥ Use of personal information for marketing purposes is conducted only with the user's explicit consent, and personal information is not sold to third parties.
Article 7 (Effect of Opting Out)
Declining or withdrawing marketing consent will not restrict your use of FANESIS's basic services. However, you will not receive information about events, discounts, and other promotional offers. Essential service notices (security alerts, Terms updates, payment-related notices, etc.) are sent regardless of marketing consent status.
