Subscription Terms
Agreement
These Terms ("Terms") are agreed upon by subscribing to the FANESIS subscription service.
Subscription
Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual cycle ("Billing Cycle"). At the end of each Billing Cycle, the Subscription automatically renews on the same terms unless you cancel. Subscriptions can be managed via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iPad, or through the App Store under Account > Subscriptions. Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store and automatically charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID.
Price Changes
FANESIS may change subscription pricing. Price changes take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. If a price change is scheduled, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refunds
Refund requests for subscription payments are subject to Apple App Store's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Termination
FANESIS may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice when there is a valid reason, such as a violation of these Terms. Upon account termination, your right to use the Service immediately expires.
Modifications to Terms
FANESIS may modify or replace these Terms at its discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
